Lobuche peak is situated just above Lobuche, a small village in the Khumbu region of Nepal. It consists of two distinct summits, Lobuche East (6119m) and Lobuche West (6145m). The summit provides breathtaking views of Everest alongside Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam and Pumori. What to Expect

Physical Condition & Experience Requirements
Lobuche East is an easy mountain to climb. The climbers should have a sound level of fitness and adequate climbing training. Knowledge and skills in using climbing equipment; ropes, ice pick, harness and crampons is necessary for this trip. Physical fitness is required to complete  5-6 hour daily walking and some days even 8-10 hours- such as the summitting day.

Best Time for Lobuche Peak Expedition
The best months for Lobuche peak climbing are April-May and October-November.

Day 1Arrive in Kathmandu, Transfer to Hotel

Day 2Sightseeing and preparation for the climb.Briefing in the Evening

Day 3Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding

Day 4Trek to Namche Bazzar (3441)

Day 5Acclimatization day at Namche

Day 6Trek to Thyangboche Monastery (3860m)

Day 7Trek to Dingboche (4410m)

Day 8Another acclimatization day at Dingboche

Day 9Trek to Lobuche (4910m)

Day 10Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365m) via Gorak Shep (5180m) and Trek back to Gorak Shep for overnight.

Day 11Hike up to Kalapatthar (5545m) in the early morning for sunrise and breath-taking view of surrounding Mountains, including Mt Everest and trek back to Lobuche(4940m)

Day 12Trek to Lobuche base camp (4950m) and climbing preparation

Day 13Trek to Lobuche high camp(5400m)

Day 14To Lobuche Summit (6119m) and back to base camp

Day 15Trek back to Thyangboche Monastery via Pheriche

Day 16Trek back to Namche

Day 17Trek back to Lukla

Day 18Fly back to Kathmandu in the early morning and transfer to Hotel.
