Lobuche peak is situated just above Lobuche, a small village in the Khumbu region of Nepal. It consists of two distinct summits, Lobuche East (6119m) and Lobuche West (6145m). The summit provides breathtaking views of Everest alongside Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam and Pumori. Physical Condition & Experience Requirements
Lobuche East is an easy mountain to climb. The climbers should have a sound level of fitness and adequate climbing training. Knowledge and skills in using climbing equipment; ropes, ice pick, harness and crampons is necessary for this trip. Physical fitness is required to complete 5-6 hour daily walking and some days even 8-10 hours- such as the summitting day.

The best months for Lobuche peak climbing are April-May and October-November.
